Processing

Orders are meticulously prepared and packaged due to the delicate nature of our products. Orders will be dispatched within 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated from the date of dispatch.

Shipping destinations and rates

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges are shown at checkout after you enter a delivery address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch.

Address changes

Please review your delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us immediately at support@velpnore.com if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

International orders

For orders shipped outside Hong Kong, import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery issues

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@velpnore.com with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the parcel and product.
