Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@velpnore.com. We will do our best to help before an order enters processing. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Orders are prepared within 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timing depends on the shipping service selected at checkout and the destination.

When tracking is available for your order, we will send it by email once the shipment has been dispatched.

Store products upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and rapid temperature changes.

Can I return an opened fragrance?
